Magic Yoga

Magic Yoga is back, now monthly at Root and Bloom Institute in Berkeley. Doors open at 6:00 pm for casual social time to arrive, connect, warm up or rest. Class begins around 6:30 pm: about 75 minutes of slow, restorative movement, mostly on the floor, with some meditation and an extended savasana. Snacks and community after class.

This class has live music mixed by DJ Nahuel. No prior yoga or Magic experience needed. 21+, BYO Magic (always optional, no smoking at the venue), no buying or selling. Please bring your own yoga mat.
