Psychedelic Guide Training

Course Overview

What is the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness?

The Center for Medicinal Mindfulness (CMM), founded in 2012 in Boulder, Colorado by Daniel and Allison McQueen, is a pioneering psychedelic therapy clinic and training center. In the past decade they have trained hundreds of guides in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practices using Cannabis, Ketamine, Psilocybin, DMT and Breathwork. Their flagship programs include Psychedelic Guide Training, Psychedelic Guide Specializations and DMTx.

In 2022 the state of Colorado passed the Natural Medicine Health Act by popular vote. This has enabled decriminalization as well as a licensing pathway for facilitation with Psilocybin and other natural medicines. In 2025 the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness became one of the first centers to be approved by DORA for training licensed NMHA Psilocybin Facilitators.

Javi and Seba are CMM Certified Psychedelic Guides, teachers and mentors of the program. They have established a partnership between Green Magic Yoga and CMM to offer the Psychedelic Guide Training program in California. The upcoming PGT of Fall 2025 will be the 3rd year this program is offered in California.

What is the Psychedelic Guide Training?

The Psychedelic Guide Training (PGT) is an experiential program in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy, designed to teach ethical, trauma-informed facilitation with Psilocybin, Cannabis, Ketamine, and natural DMT. Hosted by the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness, this training combines live classes, a 5.5-day Intensive, and guided practicums. It’s ideal for therapists, coaches, healers, legacy practitioners, and newcomers ready to support others—and themselves—through transformational psychedelic work. Whether you’re entering the field or deepening your skillset, PGT offers a legal, heart-centered pathway into professional psychedelic guiding.
