Experience deep transformation in a supportive, welcoming group. Inspired by Stan Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork, this journey blends guided breathwork, sacred tools, and collective intention-setting to open space for healing, connection, and growth.

No prior experience neededβ€”just bring yourself and an open heart. Together, we’ll explore the power of breath to release stress, expand consciousness, and heal personal and collective wounds.
