# Green Magic Yoga > Green Magic Yoga is a visionary healing arts community in the East Bay, SF Bay Area and online: guided journeys, Magic Breathwork, Magic Yoga, retreats, Magic Hikes and integration coaching with Javi and Seba. Green Magic Yoga was founded in 2018 by Javiera (Javi) Köstner and Sebastián (Seba) Beca. We gather at Root and Bloom Institute, 2307 Sixth St, Berkeley, CA 94710, on trails and retreat houses around the SF Bay Area, and online. All offerings are for adults 21+ and are Bring Your Own Magic (BYOM): sacred plant medicines are always optional and only where permitted, and we never provide or sell any substance. Facilitators are sober and trauma-informed. Booking is through Acuity; links are on each page. - Email: contact@greenmagicyoga.com (private journeys and retreats: journeys@greenmagicyoga.com) - Phone: (415) 545 8484 - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/greenmagicyoga ## Offerings ### [Guided Journeys](https://www.greenmagicyoga.com/guided-journeys) Private guided journeys in Berkeley and the Bay Area: a safe and sacred set and setting, two experienced guides, and integration support. 21+, BYOM, sliding scale. - Format: Private, one-on-one - Where: Berkeley and the Bay Area - Includes: Free consultation call and integration sessions - Ages: 21+, BYOM - Price: Sliding scale: ask on your consultation call - Guided by: Javiera Köstner and Sebastián Beca Q: How do I start? A: Please read our Journey safety guide and take the short self-check before your first journey. If anything in it applies to you, write to us first. Q: Do I need to bring my own Magic? A: Yes. All our offerings are BYOM (Bring Your Own Magic). We do not provide or sell Magic or Sacred Plant Medicine of any kind. Please consider that in the state of California it is legal to share among consenting adults. Q: How much does it cost? A: We offer a sliding scale for private journeys and retreats. Ask about it on your free consultation call, or write to journeys@greenmagicyoga.com. ### [Integration Coaching](https://www.greenmagicyoga.com/integration-coaching) Integration Coaching on Zoom, in Berkeley and the Oakland Hills: private coaching and mentoring with Javi or Seba to prepare for and integrate expanded states, for newcomers, couples, practitioners and guides. - Format: Private, with Javi or Seba, for individuals and couples - Where: On Zoom, or in person in Berkeley (Root and Bloom Institute) and the Oakland Hills - Length: 60-minute sessions, or longer if you like - Starts with: A free 20-minute call on Zoom - Price: With Javi $200 an hour, with Seba $250 an hour. 10-hour packages are 10% off and valid for 12 months. - Guided by: Javiera Köstner and Sebastián Beca Q: How do I start? A: Write to us and we will set up a free 20-minute call on Zoom. We will talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and see together which of us is the best fit. Q: Who is it for? A: Anyone who wants support with an experience they have had or one they are planning, with us, with someone else, or on their own. We work with people new to expanded states, with couples, and with practitioners, guides and facilitators seeking consultation and mentorship. Q: Is this therapy? A: It is coaching, not a replacement for therapy, though the conversations can be therapeutic. It does not replace medical or mental health care. If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988, or call the Fireside Project at 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7433). Q: Do you offer microdosing support? A: Yes, with monthly check-ins. We help you set intentions, choose a schedule, keep a journal, notice what changes, and decide when to pause or stop. We do not provide, sell or source any substances, and we do not tell you where to get them. Q: Online or in person? A: Both. We meet on Zoom from anywhere, or in person in Berkeley at Root and Bloom Institute or in the Oakland Hills. Q: How much does it cost? A: Sessions are 60 minutes: $200 with Javi, $250 with Seba. Longer sessions are priced by the hour. A 10-hour package is 10% off and valid for 12 months. A: Book, fill in the short confidential safety form, and pay: your place is confirmed right away. Javi and Seba read every form, and only they see it. If something in yours is worth a conversation, we will reach out for a short call before the event. If together we decide it is not the right time, we will move you to a later date or refund you. Q: Is breathwork safe for me? A: Breathwork is very safe for most people, but it is not for everyone. Please read Breathwork safety on this page and our Journey safety guide before booking. If you are not sure, write to us first. You are always welcome to journey with the music instead of the breath. Q: What kind of breathwork is it? A: Circular, rhythmic breathing: faster and deeper breaths with no pause between them. You stay in control of the depth and intensity, and can soften your breath at any moment. We teach and practice the technique together before the journey. Q: Will I lose control? A: It is possible to have an intense or anxious moment, but we rarely see it with this setting and protocol. You set the pace of your breath. You can slow down, sit up or step out at any time, and if you raise a hand one of us will come to you. Q: How do consent and touch work? A: We always ask before any touch, and you can say no at any time. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle, and there are no photos or recordings. Q: How do I get there? A: Root and Bloom Institute, 2307 Sixth St, Berkeley, CA 94710. Please plan not to drive after the journey: public transport or a ride home is best. If you do drive, park west of Sixth Street. There are no stairs, and the entrance and restrooms are accessible. Your confirmation email has what to bring and how to prepare. Q: What happens after the circle? A: An online integration session on Zoom the following week, included in your ticket. It is optional: a space to share what came up and bring it into daily life. The link comes by email. Q: Can I cancel? A: Tickets are non-refundable. If something comes up, write to javi@greenmagicyoga.com and we will do our best to help. Q: Is there a sliding scale? A: Yes. The ticket is $200, or $150 early bird until one week before the circle with code MBW-EARLY. Our sliding scale page lists more discount codes you can use without asking, and how to request a donation-based spot. ### [Magic Yoga](https://www.greenmagicyoga.com/magic-yoga) Magic Yoga with Javi: slow, beginner-friendly yoga in community, open to sacred plant medicines where permitted (BYOM).
