Welcome to our Magic Hikes. A guided journey through nature, allowing the healing energies of the great outdoors and microdosing magic to enhance your connection with the natural world. This hike is donation based and done in collaboration with the Santa Cruz Psychedelic Society and is free for all active SCPS members.

Our sessions are facilitated by our leadership team and Community Partners Seba and Javi from Green Magic Yoga.

This is a BYO Event, +21 years old, no buying or selling.

This event is weather permitting and will not go out under heavy precipitation, thunder, lightning, or weather advisories.

Agenda

1. Meet at 3:00pm, depart at 3:10pm (plan to arrive 10-5 minutes earlier)

2. Route: Provided after registration. Difficulty: medium

3. Return around 6:00pm

4. BYOM Bring your Own Mushrooms. Microdosing is optional and less than 0.3gr. 

5. No buying/selling, thank you.

6. We will start in a circle together at the meeting point. We will offer a brief meditation / intention sharing and opportunity to microdose in community.

7. There will be a ~15min segment of the trail where we will share a silent walk. After this we’ll gather in a circle and do a mid-point check-in.

8. You are invited to bring poetry, song, spiritual questions, etc.. throughout our journey together.

9. We close with a check-out circle.

Santa Cruz Psychedelic Society Guidelines

The Santa Cruz Psychedelic Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a supportive community for individuals and groups exploring expanded states of consciousness. Our mission is to promote personal growth, mental health, and well-being through practices such as meditation, movement, spiritual exploration, and the safe and intentional use of plant medicines and entheogenic compounds.

Based in Santa Cruz, California, we provide opportunities for local engagement through activities such as Peer Integration sessions, Magic Hikes, and our educational community event, The Psychedelic Connection. Our work is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and informed space for learning, connection, and healing.
